Persian karaoke, in your pocket
Hundreds of songs with the words on screen. Turn the original singer down until it is just you. Film yourself singing and keep the take. Free, no ads.
Sing
The whole Peraoke catalogue, on your phone. Words on screen in Farsi, timed to the music, on songs from Googoosh and Dariush through to Shahin Najafi and Sogand. You do not need an account to sing — open a song and go.
Practice
A desk under the song. Slow it down without going flat. Move the key to where your voice actually sits. And a fader that turns the original singer down — all the way off, so it is just the band, or somewhere in between while you learn the tune.
Record
The front camera, the song, and your voice on top. Peraoke lines your voice up with the music, mixes the two on the phone, and hands you a video you can keep or send to whoever asked you to sing.
Night
Put the words on the television, open a room, and let everyone in the house queue a song from their own phone with a QR code. No app for them to install, no cable, no laptop.
Keep songs on your phone
Sign in and you can keep songs on the handset to sing with no internet at all — on a plane, in a car, or anywhere the connection gives up. They live in the app and nowhere else.
What it costs
Nothing. There are no ads, no subscription and no paywall — the running costs are covered by donations. That is the whole business model, and it is why there is no tracker in the app either.
What stays on your phone
Your recordings are made and mixed on the handset and never sent to us. Songs you keep for offline live in the app's own folder, not your photo library. There is no advertising identifier and no third-party analytics. The privacy policy says all of it in plain English.
